Body100 was born from a vision of complete wellness. Dr. Kyle Wade, with over ten years in personal training, saw firsthand how clients often fell short of reaching their full physical potential. Driven to bridge this gap, Dr. Wade pursued his doctorate in physical therapy, gaining the expertise to merge rehab with high-performance training into a seamless, comprehensive approach.
